FAQ on Sealed Boxes & Box Breaks
help How do you guarantee boxes are not weighed or resealed?
All our boxes come directly from factory master cases sealed by The Topps Company, Inc. with official continuous watermarked shrink wrap. We never sell loose boxes from secondary sources without strict traceability.
help What happens if my claimed team hits no cards during the break?
In Pick Your Team (PYT) format, pulls depend on the packs ripped live. If your team receives zero cards, Big Breaks Elite automatically ships a complimentary Topps Promo Pack along with 200 loyalty points credited to your account.
help How and when are my pulled cards shipped?
Immediately following the live stream, cards are packed in penny sleeves, rigid toploaders, and sealed team bags, then shipped in reinforced bubble mailers within 24 business hours via FedEx or DHL Express.
help Can I submit my cards directly to PSA or Beckett for grading?
Yes! We provide direct 'Vault to Grading' services. If you pull a monster hit like a Paul Skenes or Shohei Ohtani autograph, you can request direct submission to PSA or Beckett with full insurance without shipping home first.
